How to use Oniro

Available image styles

• •Dreamy : Soft, ethereal, hazy atmosphere.
• •Artistic : Expressive, colorful, painterly touch.
• •Realistic : Close to reality, almost photographic.
• •Abstract : Conceptual, symbolic, free shapes.

Credits and subscription

Two options are offered to generate images: a Pack of 10 credits (one credit per image) or the Oniro Club subscription (weekly, unlimited images). Text interpretation always remains free, with one dream per day.

1. Data we collect

We collect the following data:

• •Dream text : the content you enter for interpretation.
• •Generated images : illustrations created from your dreams.
• •Device identifier : a unique anonymous identifier used to manage your credits and purchases.
• •Purchase data : information about your subscriptions and in-app purchases, handled by Apple or Google.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to:

• •Provide the AI dream-interpretation service
• •Generate artistic images based on your dreams
• •Manage your credits and subscriptions
• •Improve the quality of our services

Your dreams are sent to our server for AI processing. Data is handled securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored in two ways:

• •Local storage : your dreams and their history are saved locally on your device.
• •Servers : data sent for processing is kept temporarily, only for the duration of the analysis.

We do not have access to your dream journal stored locally on your device.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• •RevenueCat : subscription and in-app purchase management.
• •Apple App Store and Google Play : payment processing.
• •OpenAI : generation of AI interpretations and images.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• •Access your personal data
• •Request deletion of your data
• •Remove your local data by uninstalling the app
• •Withdraw your consent at any time

6. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

Oniro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, installing or using the Oniro app, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service description

Oniro is a mobile dream-interpretation app powered by artificial intelligence. The service includes:

• •AI text interpretation of your dreams
• •Generation of artistic images representing the symbolic essence of your dreams
• •A personal journal to save your dreams
• •Voice input to dictate your dreams
• •Sharing on social networks

3. User account

No account creation is required to use Oniro. A unique anonymous identifier is automatically generated on your device to:

• •Manage your image credits
• •Manage your Premium subscription
• •Sync your purchases with the servers

This identifier contains no personally identifiable information.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the Oniro app is protected by intellectual-property laws:

• •The logo, the name “Oniro” and the visual identity
• •The source code and algorithms
• •Texts, images and content within the app

Images generated from your dreams belong to you and you may use them freely.

5. Premium subscription and purchases

Oniro Club (subscription)

• •The Oniro Club subscription is billed on a weekly basis.
• •Renewal is automatic unless disabled 24 hours before the end of the period.
• •Management and cancellation happen through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Credit pack

• •Credit packs are one-time, non-refundable purchases.
• •Credits do not expire.
• •1 credit = 1 generated image.

Refunds

Refund requests must be sent directly to Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), depending on your platform.

6. Limitation of liability

Oniro is provided “as is” without any warranty. We are not responsible for:

• •The accuracy or relevance of dream interpretations
• •Decisions made based on the interpretations
• •Temporary interruptions of service
• •Loss of data stored locally

7. Acceptable use

By using Oniro, you agree not to:

• •Use the service for unlawful purposes
• •Attempt to bypass security or payment systems
• •Submit offensive, illegal or harmful content
• •Copy, modify or redistribute the app

8. Content reporting

If you believe a generated interpretation is inappropriate, you can flag it via the report button in the app. Our team will review the report.

9. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
