Afflo is a mobile application that provides daily affirmations specially designed for people with ADHD. The App offers:

2. Subscriptions and payments

Afflo Premium

The App offers a Premium subscription (“Afflo Premium”) that provides additional features:

• •Access to over 1,400 premium affirmations
• •All categories unlocked
• •Unlimited favorites
• •Up to 3 notifications per day
• •Advanced customization

Subscription options

Afflo Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription:

• •Monthly subscription : billed monthly.
• •Annual subscription : billed annually (with discount).

Free trial

A free trial may be offered to new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

Billing and renewal

• •Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
• •Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• •Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• •Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region

Cancellation and refunds

• •You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• •No refunds are provided for partially used periods
• •Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google depending on your platform

3. User account

• •You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• •You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
• •An account is personal and cannot be shared with other users

4. Acceptable use

By using the App, you agree not to:

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCS Edition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the App settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
